Andreas said he has been very privileged to be part of the Toyota Croydon business since 2001 and has always been a passionate believer in delivering Outstanding Customer Service, Integrity and Trust. He mentioned every member of his team shares the same values and are dedicated to providing service levels that exceed expectations. Andreas stated "Our high level of expertise and knowledge of Toyota vehicles in both car Sales and Aftersales (Service, Repair, Parts & Bodyshop) allows us to look after all our customer’s motoring needs. General Sales Manager
Steve has nearly 20 years’ of experience in the Motor Industry. He started out as a Salesman and progressed his way to becoming a Brand Manager. He then joined Jemca nearly 4 years ago and started as a Used Car Sales Manager before becoming the General Sales Manager. Steve mentioned that “Toyota for me epitomises a number of things such as technological advancements and being pioneers and the leading figure in Hybrid Technology. We also tend to have a car for everybody. Toyota treats you like a member of the family. With Jemca you feel stable and it’s nice to be part of a company that I believe is perceived as pioneering the way the Toyota product is sold.” Steve commented that the key values of customer service involve “understanding that the customers are our future. If we don’t look after our customers then the future is not a particularly bright one. So everything that we do should be much focused on the customer journey and delivering an excellent experience every time.”
Paul began in the industry as a Technician. He was then a Parts Advisor. Paul has been with Jemca for 16 years. He has been a Service Advisor, a Supervisor and a Service Manager. Currently he is the After Sales Manager. Paul mentioned that “I have found Toyota to be a much more organised company to work for. They are more advanced than their competitors. Jemca are forward thinking, have the right attitude towards staff and they believe in looking after both their staff and customers.” For Paul customer service is based on trust, and “if you do not have trust, then the customers are not going to want to buy from you.”
With 22 years in the motor trade with many different brands I can honestly say that Jemca Toyota has given me the most pleasure. For me, it’s about the products, the colleagues I work with and the customers I have had the pleasure to deal with. My wide spread product knowledge and experience has helped me to appreciate what an outstanding product Toyota is. Working with Jemca Toyota gives me the confidence to work with integrity to deliver great customer service with honesty and a friendly attitude which is the key and always will be.
